
ABOUT ME

Hello! My name Peter. I'm a Strength, Conditioning and Sports Nutrition Graduate from University College Birmingham.
I use evidence-based and thoroughly researched coaching strategies to ensure all of my athletes can perform at their best; Your success is my goal!I coach high performing athletes with a background in strength and conditioning, sports nutrition and injury reduction. My coaching experience includes working with Champion Combat Sports athletes, as well as serving as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for two high achieving Rugby and Rowing clubs.
My approach is evidence based. Every programme is built using research, proven methods and continuous progress tracking. Nothing is guesswork and nothing is copied from generic templates. Training is structured, monitored and adapted to help you perform at your highest level.Combat Sports is where my passion began and remains one of my specialist areas.
I understand the demands placed on fighters and the physical risks they face. My role is to maximise performance while protecting long term athlete health. One of my athletes, Tommy, progressed from amateur level to achieving 3 WKO titles during our time working together.I love coaching. I care about improvement, consistency and the discipline of becoming better.
